Welcome to the ACPN National Portal.
Note that this Portal is built on an existing structure from the National and Regional Secretariat. The Portal will facilitate the activities of ACPN, at National and Regional level, with the aid of functionalities (action buttons, tabs, Forms, segments and menu bar) on each section of the Portal, as explained below:

REGISTER: This button will redirect to a form where non-existing members can submit their membership details. The non-existing members refer to members with PCN Number but whose details are not on the Portal, either due to no submission of the collective / individual membership data by the Regional Secretariat or due to such member details was not found on the list of submitted collective membership details by the Regional Secretariat in view. It is only when such membership entry is approved by the Admin that such member can initiate his/her access to the Portal. This is not for new intending members. Such registration must be done physically, at the Regional Secretariat in view.

CREATE ACCOUNT: This tab verifies PCN Number and it will present the status of the PCN Number. It’s objective is to verify existing members’ PCN Number, whose membership details exist on the Portal. This tab will redirect to a page for further action. The existing members refer to members with PCN Number and whose details exist on the Portal, due to submission of the collective / individual membership data by the Regional Secretariat.

LOG IN: This section is for verified and existing members, whose membership details exist on the Portal and have completed the online account creation process.

FORGET PASSWORD: This tab is for verified and existing members, who have completed the online account creation process but have forgotten his / her password.

MEMBERSHIP REGISTRATION: This page is a redirect from the action button REGISTER on login page. This is for non-existing members (these are members with PCN Number but whose details are not on the Portal, either due to no submission of the collective / individual membership data by the Regional Secretariat or due to such member details was not found on the list of submitted collective membership details by the Regional Secretariat in view). After submission, the non-existing member is required to check the approval of his / her entry via the CREATE ACCOUNT tab on login page. Also, an email will be sent to such non-existing member, stating the status of his / her registration entry.
